The client agrees to the following

Please read through and agree to the terms and conditions specified by submitting the electronic form.

Booking Fee & Payment:
A non-refundable booking fee of 50% is due to secure the photo session date. Please note the booking fee is non-refundable, should the client cancel this agreement.The booking fee shall apply towards the final total, with the remainder of charges payable in full, on the date of the photo session.

Cancellation of session due to sickness / injury or unforeseen circumstance:
Session can be postponed to a different date within 2 months of original date.
Written Cancellation notice should be received within 10 hours (E-mail and WhatsApp).

No Refunds:
Failing to be on time:
20min + late for your session will result in an additional fee of R500/30min. If I have a session booked after yours I will not be able to assist. Your session will then be cancelled and booking fee lost.
Please be photo ready upon arrival. No personal hairdressers / make up artist / nail techs allowed on premises if not facilitated or contracted by Zoomink. You are however welcome to book our make up & hair facilities or service.

Limited Liability:
The photographer takes the utmost care with photographs and memory cards, but in the event of electronic failure, theft, accident, sickness, or any other event preventing the photographer from fulfilling her obligations, which is beyond the photographer’s control, another sitting can be scheduled at no extra cost after the photo session date on a date which the photographer will have available at that time.

Back-up of photos:
Please note the photographer will only have a back-up of the photos until 4 months after the client’s photo session date. It is the client’s responsibility to make back-up copies of their photos to keep it safe.

Copyright:
The photographer has full copyright on all photographs taken and may be used for advertising, marketing, competitions, sales, online display, publication and portfolios, but not only limited to those mediums. Please note that your photos will never be used in a negative way. Upon final payment by the client, the client is granted limited license to use the images for personal use. Said images may not be altered or reproduced in any manner without prior written permission of the photographer.
